No problems

But as a new member of deviant art as well as Apophysis and Incendia can you tell me how to merge them together to use in different other programs (such as a pic made in incendia to Apophysis.)

You can merge different fractals like any other pic. You need a picture editing program that can lay one picture over another, I use Adobe Photoshop. If you have an object in Apophysis, you render it as .png, than you have a transparent background. Incendia can't do that yet, then you have to erase the background colour.
